- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is case by case, but generally hourly rates for short-term projects (less than 2 months) or monthly retainers for projects lasting 3 months or more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our initial conversation, I encourage clients to share their motivation for getting into the business they're in. It's important for me to understand the "why" behind my client's work and to have a sense of what drives them. I approach each business challenge as if it's my own company and only recommend solutions that I would feel comfortable employing myself, avoiding a waste of anyone's resources or time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree from Harvard University, where I held multiple leadership roles in various extracurricular activities. I transferred leadership and management skills learned throughout my college experience (both in and out of the classroom) to my professional career. Through my work at the NFL and subsequent freelance projects, I have extensive experience in strategy, marketing, operations, and general business planning.
