Business Engineer | Strategy • Growth • AI • Sales • Operations
Most business owners don’t need more advice.
They need CLARITY.
They need someone who can take a complex business problem, break it down, identify what really matters, and turn it into a practical plan they can execute.
That’s what I do.
I call it Business Engineering.
Throughout my career, I’ve advised hundreds of businesses, executives, entrepreneurs, and technology advisors nationwide on how to grow, modernize, sell more effectively, navigate technology, and solve complex business challenges.
My strength: I translate complexity into clarity.
Whether you’re trying to grow revenue, improve your sales strategy, launch a new business, adopt AI, modernize operations, reposition your company, or simply figure out what to do next, I help you get from **problem → strategy → execution.**
My approach: SKU to SOLUTION
I’m the author of The Shift From SKU to SOLUTION, a business methodology built around one fundamental idea:
Stop starting with what you sell. Start with the business problem you’re solving.
That same philosophy guides my advisory work.
We focus first on:
What outcome are you trying to achieve?
What is preventing you from getting there?
What is the real business problem?
What actions will create the greatest impact?**
Then we build the roadmap.

Experience that goes beyond theory
My background combines electrical engineering, an MBA, entrepreneurship, sales, marketing, technology, AI, and executive leadership.
I’ve spent decades working directly with business owners, executives, sales organizations, technology companies, and advisors—helping them move from selling products and capabilities to solving meaningful business problems.
I also serve in board and advisory roles with colleges and educational institutions, helping connect business, technology, education, and workforce development.
I’m a graduate of Leadership Atlanta, one of the region’s premier leadership programs bringing together a cross-section of Atlanta’s most influential business, civic, government, nonprofit, and community leaders.
Those experiences have given me exposure to businesses at every stage—from entrepreneurs finding their first customers to established organizations navigating growth, transformation, and technology disruption.
Start with a Business Diagnostic
The best place to begin is a focused Business Diagnostic.
We’ll work through:
Where are you today?
Where do you want to go?
What is standing in the way?
What should you do next?
From there, I’ll help you identify the highest-impact priorities and build a clear path forward.
My approach is:
**DIAGNOSE → DESIGN → BUILD → MEASURE**
No generic coaching program.
No cookie-cutter advice.
No unnecessary complexity.
We find the real problem, create clarity, and engineer the solution.
