I cannot recommend this company enough! They were able to diagnose my issue and point out some things that I was not aware of that had been done by another company. I appreciate their honesty and ability to repair my unit. I will be recommending P&J Legacy Comfort to everyone I know!

I recently had my HVAC system replaced by P&J Legacy of Comfort, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they did an excellent job. The team was professional, arrived right on time, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Their attention to detail and quality of work really stood out, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. I would highly recommend P&J Legacy of Comfort to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality HVAC services.

I had an outstanding experience with P&J Legacy of Comfort from start to finish. Scheduling was smooth, and they stayed in communication every step of the way, which already set them apart.
What really impressed me was their approach—no pressure, no gimmicks, just real conversation. They took the time to actually listen to what I needed, explained my options clearly, and helped me make the best decision for my home and budget. That level of honesty is rare.
The process was seamless. From the initial consultation to the final install, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The team made sure everything was done right, and they didn’t leave until I was fully comfortable with the system and how it worked.
Now my home feels amazing—consistent temperature, a quieter system, and, overall, just a noticeable upgrade in comfort.
If you want a company that truly puts customers first and delivers exactly what they promise, P&J Legacy of Comfort is the one to call. Highly recommend!

I called this company for ONE primary reason: I had a vent dripping water from my ceiling and wanted to know why. I also asked for an estimate to add some additional vents, but that was an afterthought.
To their credit, they were apparently able to diagnose everything in my house except the actual reason I called.
After the visit, I received a call informing me that I needed approximately $2,400 worth of sensors and refrigerant work. Oddly, no one could explain why my vent was dripping water—the entire purpose of the service call. I also never received the estimate for the additional vents I requested. Again, not the priority, but still noteworthy.
When I declined the repairs and stated that I wanted a second opinion, I was then offered a “discounted” price of around $1,600. Shortly thereafter, I was informed that my unit is only about five years old and that some of the parts might be covered under warranty. As a consumer, I found myself wondering why that information wasn’t part of the initial $2,400 conversation. To add, when I question her she says: “Well you can google it”. 🚩🚩
To make matters even more interesting, the evening after they left my house, my AC—which had been cooling perfectly fine before the appointment—was suddenly no longer cooling properly. Let me be crystal clear: I have absolutely no evidence that anyone caused this. I’m a nurse and fully understand that correlation does not equal causation. Sometimes timing is just timing. But I think most people would agree that the timing was… unfortunate.
Concerned, I contacted an HVAC technician who had been recommended to me by a friend. He came out the very next day. Within minutes, he identified a clogged condensate drain—the exact issue causing the water leak that I had originally called about. He also drained standing water that had accumulated beneath the attic unit, something that had apparently gone unnoticed during the previous inspection.
He then addressed the cooling issue, cleaned up the work area, and left my system functioning properly.
My final bill with the new guy?
$320.
So, to recap my personal experience:
* I called Company A because my vent was leaking water.
* Company A quoted me $2,400, then $1,600, and never identified the cause of the leak.
* I got a second opinion.
* The issue I originally called about was identified and corrected.
* My house cooled properly again.
* The total cost was $320.
I cannot speak to anyone else’s experience. I can only say that obtaining a second opinion was one of the best financial decisions I’ve made this year.
