I booked Jalen to look at my AC unit. It was blowing out warm air. He was able to come in an fix the problem in a timely matter. He was very nice and professional. I will book him again if I have any more problems with my AC unit.

Jalen contacted me within 5 min of me making the request on Thumbtack. He was at my residence in 40 min. He investigated the problem and we set a time for him to return to repair the issue for the next evening. Jalen was on time. We discussed another issue he saw in the attic with regards to the carbon monoxide exhaust. He is a professional and a man of his word. I would definitely recommend him to others.
