Jalen was very nice and informative he responded very quickly, like as soon as I sent in the request I got a call within 10 minutes and then he was here with in the next 30 - 40 minutes. I appreciate how he was able to get a new thermostat for us and come back and install it once he realized that it was our nest thermostat that was the problem without giving us the run around
