FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Our most popular option is the $249 Small Job Special, which covers up to 2 hours of labor and basic materials for common drywall or trim repairs. Larger or multi-room projects are priced by the scope of work, but we always provide a written estimate before starting. Estimates are free, and we never charge for travel within the Metro Atlanta area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and efficient. We start by reviewing the details of your repair and confirming it’s within our service area. From there, we typically request a few photos of the project so we can provide an accurate estimate. For smaller jobs, we often quote right away and can schedule your repair within a few days. For larger or more detailed work, we’ll schedule a quick on-site visit to review everything in person. Once approved, we set a repair date, arrive on time, and complete the job cleanly and professionally. Our goal is to make the process fast, easy, and stress-free from the first message to the final cleanup.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the drywall trade for over 27 years. Before starting Mr. Patch It here in Georgia, I owned and operated a full-scale drywall finishing company in Kentucky that specialized in complete residential and new construction drywall work — not just small repairs. That background gives me a true craftsman’s eye for detail and sets me apart from typical “handyman” services. Every repair is finished to professional standards, blended seamlessly, and ready for paint.
