- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer our customers upfront pricing. Our primary objective as a company is to provide exceptional service at the most competitive prices, and we believe it’s important for our customers to be aware of these costs in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is using a HEPA collection vacuum, complemented by a variety of brushes and agitation tools as an air compressor, to effectively dislodge embedded dirt and contaminants from the HVAC system. A comprehensive HVAC cleaning entails the meticulous cleaning of all components of the forced air system, encompassing supply and return air ducts, registers, diffusers, grilles, fan, motor housing, and condensation drip pans.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training and years of field experience in air duct cleaning and HVAC-related services. I’ve completed industry-specific training, follow NADCA guidelines, and stay up to date on best practices for indoor air quality, safety, and proper equipment use. Most importantly, my experience comes from real-world work in homes and commercial properties, ensuring every job is done correctly and professionally.
