Mr. Rosenbloom was super professional & to the point. I was charged with a DUI with a BAC of .159 which is double the legal limit. This was my first DUI. Other attorneys I was interviewing said there was no way that the charge would get reduced to a reckless driving charge so I was really scared of the outcome. Brandon said that all attorneys should honestly be saying to me was that the sky is blue & water is wet because no one really knows what’s going to happen. He then pointed me in the right direction to start doing what I would have to be doing to get the charge potentially reduced - DUI classes, community service, victims impact panel, etc. This was all before I technically hired him - he didn’t have to do that, other attorneys didn’t. He also told me which community service providers were legit & which ones weren’t & said that the more community service I did the more negotiating power he’d have with the prosecuting attorney. I took him at his word & got to work. I worked really hard, giving Brandon updates on each actionable item along the way. If I had questions he’d answer them. I finished all the requirements & completed 86 hours of community service pre-trial. Brandon was able to use that in negotiations & he got the charge reduced to reckless driving. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome & I’m super thankful that I decided to go with Brandon as my attorney.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally for criminal defense work we charge a flat rate for all pre-trial work, basically everything from the first appearance through motions hearings. You only pay more if you want a jury trial or there are special circumstances, we work with you so that there are no surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the consultation phase, we get to know our client and can focus on the best strategy that works for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a former prosecutor, I have training in DUI detection, trial preparation as well as 1000's of cases worth of experience in the criminal field.
As a former bankruptcy attorney, I am able to ply my experience to multiple areas of civil defense.
