JT was very thorough, he knew what the problem was with our 240v outlet from my description and pictures. He and his partner arrived when scheduled, made the repairs, and had everything working better than before within 20mins. He’s very knowledgeable and we would definitely use him again if needed.

Overall, it was a great experience. From making contact it was a fast response and kept me updated about time of arrival. Joel turned up as expected and advised me on what needed to be done to be compliant with GFCI code. He was ready to complete the task of replacing multiple electrical outlets, and replacing a faulty switch. Unfortunately I had not bought the requisite outlet covers and I noted a concern that one might not easily fit. He assured me that he would help fix that if necessary. I was able to fit the covers except one, and asked him to return. He kept in touch until he was able to come and fit the plate, even though that was a small job. I am satisfied with his work and highly recommended him.
