FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the type of project, coverage time, deliverables, and overall creative needs. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date, and the remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot. Deposits are non-refundable because they reserve your date and equipment, but they can be applied to a new date if you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. I believe in being upfront, so customers know exactly what is included before we begin.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning about the client’s vision, goals, and the type of shoot they need, whether it is a corporate event, wedding, portrait session, or branded content. Once we align on the details, I send over the booking information and collect the deposit to lock in the date. After booking, the client receives confirmation, next steps, and any planning guidance needed so the shoot runs smoothly from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background comes from over a decade of hands-on experience in photography and videography, working across live events, brand campaigns, portraits, weddings, and storytelling-focused visual projects. Over the years, I’ve developed strong skills in composition, lighting, direction, editing, and client communication through real-world work with both major brands and everyday clients. That experience has trained me to create visuals that are both professional and meaningful.
