- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparency, so your quoted prices will be honored. Packages are preferred; however, we can also customize an experience that fits your time needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client is different. Some are analytical and want as much information as possible and need time to make a decision. While others want to simply know the bottom line, make a quick decision and move forward. We make it a point to get to know our clients and their style of decision making. This way, the process can be tailored to them - not us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
RJ holds a masters degree in photography from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Jay holds a Graphic Design degree from Mississippi State University. We are both artists, creatives and love what we do. We have been photographing weddings, portraits and events professionally since 2005.
