FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is designed to reflect both the time and creative energy that go into personalized styling — not just the hours we spend together, but the prep, curation, and follow-up afterward. Each package includes a clear breakdown so you always know what’s included. Shopping purchases are separate, and if I’m traveling outside the metro area, a small travel fee may apply. From time to time, I offer seasonal refresh specials or bundle discounts for repeat clients (for example, pairing a Closet Edit with a Shopping Session).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with a quick discovery call or message so I can learn about your goals, lifestyle, and what’s working—or not—in your current wardrobe. From there, I’ll recommend the service that fits best. Before our session, you’ll complete a short style questionnaire and share photos or inspiration (this helps me get in sync with your aesthetic). Then we meet—in person or virtually—to edit, style, or shop together. You’ll walk away with curated looks, outfit photos, and a clear plan to make your wardrobe work smarter for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my career in fashion and editorial—working with brands and magazines like Condé Nast, Neiman Marcus, and Women’s Health—before leading creative and content strategy for lifestyle and luxury brands. That foundation taught me how to connect personal style, storytelling, and confidence. Over the years, I’ve styled hundreds of clients (from executives to creatives to entrepreneurs) and continue to refine my approach through ongoing work in fashion, brand storytelling, and personal image strategy.
