Atlanta chimney experts were great from the time they quoted the job to the time the job was finished. They made the completion m, and our satisfaction a priority. There was a misunderstanding at first as to the work that was being requested, but once the tech arrived onsite we were able to communicate to exactly what was being requested even though the original estimate ended being a little higher due to the misunderstanding the additional charge was still acceptable. Atlanta Chimney Experts was great with getting the technicians scheduled in a timely manner from start to finish, and there was no hassle with getting any issues corrected.

We used Atlanta Chimney experts to clean our chimney. Dani was responsive and the technician that came out was courteous, punctual, and got our chimneys ready for winter. Excellent service and peace of mind knowing we can light our fireplace and open the vents with no debris, animals, or drama. 😊

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Are pricing are very fair and cost effective generally 30-40% difference from our larger competitors
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule an Inspection/Cleaning. Once inspection has been completed we can then evaluate the integrity of you fireplace/chimney.
If any repairs need to be made customer can move forward with repairs. Our repair protocols are half deposit to schedule repair date and remaining balance due day of repair.
Inspection fee will be waived
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in my trade for 12 yrs . CSIA certified trained Chimney Technician. I've worked with some of the most renowned Chimney companies in the United States as a top installer.
