- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies; for work under three hours, it's a minimum fee of $100. For general maintenance exceeding three hours, my hourly rate is $30 an hour for structural work my hourly rate is $45.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to get an as indepth understanding of the scope of work as possible, if that's through photos and a brief description, or driving to your property to write an estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
three years apprentice under a Carpenter, ten years apprentice under a master plumber
