- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and transparent. Estimates are based on the scope of work, materials, and labor required. Free estimates are available. Final pricing may adjust if additional prep, repairs, or stain/smoke blocking is needed after inspection. A 50% deposit is required if we purchase materials, which covers materials and labor. No hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a brief discussion of your project and schedule an on-site or photo-based estimate. After reviewing the scope of work, we provide a clear estimate and timeline. Once approved, we schedule the job, collect any required deposit, complete the work efficiently, and do a final walkthrough to ensure satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on work in home improvement, renovations, and property maintenance. We have strong knowledge of painting systems, prep work, carpentry, and general repairs, combined with professional project coordination and attention to detail to ensure quality results.
