Boundary surveys - for residential proeprties, when people buy the property, build fences, deck and need to know property lines, lot size. Construction Siteplans - for new homes, renovations, so that permits can be obtained. Elevation certificates - when flood linesare calculated. If the property is not in the flood area, flood insurance is not required. Construction staking - the layout on the ground the proposed improvements such as house foundation, driveway,retaining walls, swimming pools, drainage pipes and sewer pipes. Alcohol surveys - when restaurant opens up they need to apply for alcohol license. We measure the distances to the nearest school, church, child care, residence.
