Introduction: As a Former Senior Assistant District Attorney who was promoted 4 times in under 3 years, I was able to obtain skills in various specialized areas of criminal law that give me an advantage on the defense side. I prosecuted drug offenses, theft crimes, vehicular homicides, sex crimes, and violent felonies. I've also argued countless Motions to Suppress Evidence, Motions to Suppress Identifications, Motions for Bond, Immunity Motions, and Garrity Motions; just to name a few. Furthermore, as a former Senior trial attorney in the Public Integrity Unit at the Fulton County District Attorney's Office, I have specialized knowledge of police encounters, illegal searches and seizures, excessive force claims, and the standard operating procedures and disciplinary practices of police agencies. The most rewarding part of being a trial lawyer is helping people who have found themselves in difficult and often times, complicated legal situations. It can be very frightening and overwhelming, so it's important to have someone with the right experience to assist you properly. Whether it's defending the innocent, or fighting for the rights of the injured, I take pride and honor in being their voice.
