I would recommend SlS Lawncare to everyone. We had a tornado hit our house last Thursday SLS immediately responded and had a crew at my house and neighbors house for two days . The damage from the tornado was massive they were able to remove all the trees and debris they cleared my Lawn front and back I feel like I’m home again after all of the damage that tornado caused. I will continue to use them for all my lawncare needs.

Everything was A1 about this company until the work was actually finished I started to notice little things that got under my skin. Communication was quick at first and they came out the next day. The pricing was reasonable because my initial request was to trim down a bunch of my bushes.
When they came, I specifically asked them not to cut down or ruin my daffodils. I asked if this could be done and they said yes. I know mistakes happen, but how you handle those mistakes make a very big difference. In fact, I made sure I came out to look at the work when they were finished and they weren’t even going to say anything. Tried to say that they just bent a little when they were clearly broken off and one of the representatives was holding a daffodil in her hand… I noticed they took the leaves of my soon to be tulips too. Again, a little communication goes a long way. Yes my feelings would have still been hurt, but I would’ve felt better about an initial acknowledgment or apology or even you trying to compensate somehow versus pretending like you don’t see all of these cracked and bent flowerless plants versus when you first got here. The plain photos are the flowers afterwards. The last photo is before they came to do the work.
Lastly, I specifically asked how much it would be to get this tree cut down that was not in my initial estimate. A small tree. I was told it would be $100 and that would remove the stump as well. I reiterated to make sure because I thought that was a great price. When she confirmed yes, that includes removing the start, I said go right ahead.
Again, when the work was done, yes the tree is gone, but the stamp is still there. That’s when she told me that she apologized for the miscommunication but that that price did not include the stump removal even though I asked before telling them to continue with that work.
So all in all, the bushes I inquired about look fine… But my crushed daffodils and my hundred dollar tree stump is what has me feeling dissatisfied along with the fact that I have not heard from these representatives again once I started asking more questions about the stump.
