The design team met virtually and gave us a realistic view on how we could make our renovation and remodel ideas a reality. They asked upfront what our budget was. They offered suggestions on what alternative we may be open to and pointed us to financing options that may offer greater flexibility and benefits. They gathered our list of must- haves and nice to haves changes and even asked if a phased build could be taken or even tolerated. First we were curious about the phases but once SM explained that our home is over 30 years old and building codes have changed and more dollars may be needed for code compliance once walls were opened and plumbing changed. We decided to break our project up into 3 phases and monitor the budget along the way. They have a seamless process with fully automated project visibility. I can check daily if I want to see what is scheduled and what completes. I was nervous at first with our project idea and the SM team offered full transparency on everything. We have a rental property and we’re using SM for updates and maintenance. Love their state of the art approach to home renovation, repairs and design. They saved me money and over delivered on form and function in our home. Best part they offer warranties! They are a total one stop shop for homeowners looking to remodel and renovate their home.
