FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep it simple: I fix your locks, get you back inside, and leave you wondering why all locksmiths aren’t this chill. Bonus: no magic fees or confusing charges
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer, I first listen carefully to the problem — because every lock has its own personality. Then I assess the situation, explain the best options, and get to work making sure everything runs smoothly. I like to keep it simple: no stress, no drama, just a working lock and a happy customer. And maybe a few jokes along the way — because laughter is also part of security
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
learned locksmithing the hard way — by completing a professional locksmith training and specially doing it. Every lock I’ve installed, every door I’ve fixed, taught me something new. After 10 years, I like to think locks just know I mean business
