- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A. Typically, once a client indicates via Thumbtack that they are interested in hiring my cleaning service, I will promptly respond to discuss scheduling a specific day and time for their appointment. I will ask the client to provide their address, and also a contact number and email address to facilitate communication outside of thumbtack (this information confirms the appointment in my calendar). I will ask the client to mark the thumbtack request as 'hired', and promptly answer any specific questions they have, utilizing the client's preferred method of communication
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A. My advice to people looking to hire a provider of cleaning services is to resist the temptation to choose who to hire based solely on who is the least expensive. The internet is filled with negative reviews from unhappy people who paid for (relatively) inexpensive cleaning services that did not meet their expectations. The difference in quality is much greater relative to the (often) incrementally higher cost that comes with hiring an experienced professional who is passionate about providing exceptional cleaning results, every time.
