- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That my pricing is comparable to most high end Spas.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When new clients come to me I offer them a free consultation. The first question I ask them is what products are they using on their skin and for how long. The next question I ask is what major concerns do they have with their skin. This way I can give them a customize treatment to achieve the results that they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I go to a number of trade shows which offers classes on new techniques and technology. I also buy hands on DVDs. I have a number of subscriptions to trade magazines that help me keep up with what products and services are new in the industry.
