Introduction: My boutique practice is divided into three components: (1) Representing deserving employees with discrimination issues (2) Advising and counseling individuals and small businesses (3) Serving as a mediator (and arbitrator) in a variety of circumstances I have the highest possible peer-review rating (from judges and colleagues), have been chosen as "Super Lawyer", and have been recognized on multiple occasions for my success and dedication to the overarching idea that our society works best when we fully give our time and talent to each endeavor we undertake.
