Amazing experience! I had a flood in my home from a broken pipe and chose PuroClean to manage the mitigation. What a blessing! Daniel, the owner, went over and above what a company such as this would normally do. He personally explained everything, step by step, so that I would feel comfortable. When the insurance claim arrived he went over it line by line with me so I would understand what was happening. He took care of the repairs and monitored everything each step of the way. Had I chosen another company I would have been just another number: with PuroClean and Daniel I was the number! A known individual, a special client who was given truly personalized, professional care. I cannot recommend another company more highly than I do this one!!! An unforgettable experience with an incredibly professional, caring company who's owner, Daniel, will spend the time with you (very patiently I might add) to make you feel more comfortable during a very unsettling time. I am so happy because they did more than they promissed in the quote/contract (They fixed a plumbing leak for No extra charge). Very Professionals and also the price was below than others estimates.
