NW home solution we’re incredibly fast in their reply and easy to communicate with. They were able to get us scheduled for a very last minute job and made our home look brand new! I appreciate how willing they were to send us pictures of the house as well. They even went out and bought more laundry detergent since we ran out. Would recommend to anyone!

I booked Nyoka and her team for a move out clean after we vacated our rental apartment. We recently had our home cleaned by NW Home Solutions and I’m still marvelling at what a fantastic job they did! Their team of 4 covered every corner of our home and there was great care and attention to all details. We just moved in and had things everywhere, not to mention a layer of dust from renovation work - and they were able to work their magic around moving boxes and ridding us of all the grime! Loved the ease of booking too and would highly recommend.

They did an excellent job cleaning. Ladies were very professional but they need to work on punctuality and the logistics of getting from one job to another. Also need to gauge how long it will take to do a job so they aren’t late. Other than that we plan on using them again either once or twice a month.

Our Pricing is by the hour, with these prices we provide you with 3-4 cleaners depending on the size of your home. This was we can get the job done in a timely manner but effectively.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to schedule a phone call so that we can get more details one what you would like done so that we are fully prepared. we do require a non refundable deposit to confirm your appointment. This will go towards your service the day of.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cleaning is something that is second nature to me and that I am passionate about. I made sure I hand picked my employees that I know share the same values as I do.
