- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A quote will be sent of the complete price, which varies on type of documents, distance, Thumbtack contact fee, and circumstances (Same Day, After Hours, Weekends, and Holidays).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would introduce myself and get their names as well, and explain the service I provide. We will schedule a time and date suitable for all parties involved. Then we will meet and complete the appointment, explaining the process and addressing any questions, comments, or concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Georgia Commissioned Notary Public with a $25,000 Errors & Omissions Insurance.
