- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard fees apply. Travel Expenses will be applied depending on distance, after-hours, weekends, and holidays. 3rd party booking sites: If you are booking through a 3rd party site (thumbtack) you will receive a quote including the additional client contact fee by the site. We often offer discounts for repeat customers or large volumes of documents. Please inquire about our current promotions. Cancelation policy: No refunds
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will introduce MNU and the services we offer. For new customers, we start a brief consultation to understand their needs. Next, we will set a time that would be convenient for both parties involved. We would meet with the customer and explain how MNU will help guide them through the notary or officiant process, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared in order to proceed with the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our MNU staff members are Georgia Commissioned Notary Public and carry a $100K Errors & Omissions Insurance. MNU staff members are also ordained in all 50 states.
