- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At NextStep Diagnostics, pricing is based on several factors including the type of notarization, travel distance, the number of documents or signatures, and the timing of the appointment (such as same-day, evening, or weekend requests). We also offer specialized services such as loan signings, I-9 verifications, and courier delivery, which may require additional time and coordination. Each quote is tailored to your specific needs to ensure you receive reliable, efficient, and convenient service wherever you are. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out, I’ll confirm the details of the document(s), your preferred time and location, and provide a final quote. I’ll arrive on-site with everything needed and walk you through each step before we begin. Most appointments take 10–20 minutes, and I always double-check to ensure all signatures and seals are complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a certified Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent in the state of Georgia, trained through the National Notary Association. I’ve also completed a background screening and stay up to date on Georgia notary laws and best practices to ensure every appointment is accurate and compliant.
