- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer services at either an hourly rate of $35.00 per hour. Clients can also can put down a retainer of between $500 to $1000 depending on the size of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the facts of the case and what needs to be done. A client can send me their documents by email, or I can meet them at their office to pick up any documents needed to prepare the case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors in legal Studies. Paralegal Certificate and I continuously read to stay abreast of new developments in the law.
