Foy was a great therapist. I feel really relaxed, and would surely have him back. Excellent technique and very professional. Foy talked to me about the areas he worked on and gave good insight on how to manage tightness.

In one word … WOW!!! My appointment was nothing short of amazing. Foy heard my complaints and focused on the areas where I needed it the most, he listened to my body. When I came in I was stiff and when I walked out feeling significantly improved in particular with problem areas around my shoulder, lower back and a huge knot I had on my back. Functionally, I noticed a dramatic improvement in my weight training this week as a result. Needless to say, I will be a repeat customer of his so I can maintain optimal body movement and function. In addition, Foy responded quickly to my request and even had same day availability which is hard to find. Five stars all around!!!

This massage therapist was fantastic was not expecting such a detailed and relaxing massage suite was nice and clean pressure was perfect he made me feel comfortable you can tell this guy understands anatomy best massage I have had in 3 years

Tamryn R.-This massage was very therapeutic, this therapist knowledge as a exercise specialist and massage therapist allowed him to hit every trigger point In my body. I can tell by his massage that he had a clear knowledge of what he was doing of anatomy. When I came to him I had pain and when I left my pain was gone. If I could give him more than five stars I would. He's the best.
