In one word … WOW!!! My appointment was nothing short of amazing. Foy heard my complaints and focused on the areas where I needed it the most, he listened to my body. When I came in I was stiff and when I walked out feeling significantly improved in particular with problem areas around my shoulder, lower back and a huge knot I had on my back. Functionally, I noticed a dramatic improvement in my weight training this week as a result. Needless to say, I will be a repeat customer of his so I can maintain optimal body movement and function. In addition, Foy responded quickly to my request and even had same day availability which is hard to find. Five stars all around!!!

Tamryn R.-This massage was very therapeutic, this therapist knowledge as a exercise specialist and massage therapist allowed him to hit every trigger point In my body. I can tell by his massage that he had a clear knowledge of what he was doing of anatomy. When I came to him I had pain and when I left my pain was gone. If I could give him more than five stars I would. He's the best.
