FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Billing is done by the hour. Typically, the client is required to provide a retainer which is put in to an escrow account and billed against as the case progresses. Providing an exact quote is difficult because there are so many variables and cases tend to be very fluid. The client is provided and itemization of everything that was done, when it was done, and how much was billed for it each bit of work. The remaining portion of the retainer is not earned during the case will be promptly returned back to the client at the conclusion of the investigation.
