I have been very pleased with Boundless Management! They are courteous and efficient! They found a tenant before they marketed my home. WOW!! I love the fact if something goes wrong with my property Boundless notifies me, sends a contractor to give me a quote for the repairs needed and sends the contractor back to make the repairs once I give them the go ahead. Plus...I receive my rent every month like clockwork. I call them my one-stop-shop piece of mind company!! They take care of everything. It just doesn't get any better than that!!! You see, I don't want all of the headaches that come along with being a landlord. Heck, I don't even want my tenant to know who I am (I live in the same neighborhood as my investment property). Boundless Management makes that a reality. I recommend Boundless Management to everyone I know that is in need of a Property Management Company and you should too!!

We like Boundless Management because we are free of worrying about our property in Atlanta. We are retired and living in Florida and if there is a repair problem, they take care of it and we don't have to travel up to Atlanta to check on things. They take care of vetting prospective tenants and they take care of the tenant's needs quickly and efficiently. I recommend this team of dedicated professionals to anyone seeking to lease a property or to manage a property.

Boundless Management had managed my property for almost four years and I had a great experience working with them. Riel Green and the entire staff are fantastic. They address problems quickly, respond to calls and emails promptly, and always pay on time. Their maintenance tech is good, efficient, and inexpensive. They seem to have good relationships with tenants as well. During the four years, I only had two tenants, because both of them requested to extend the lease for another year. I was extremely satisfied with Boundless Management and I strongly recommend them to anybody!
