Working with Rashida to sell our home was nothing short of amazing. When youre stressed she is your peace and this is not just me talking. Rashida was responsive, timely, and available when necessary. When I say she works, SHE WORKS! Our selling process had a few a bumps in the road as most home sells do, but Rashida was always quick with solutions and even ensuring she included us in all decision making where necessary. When it felt like the sell of our home at hit a roadblock she was right there and even had to start advocating for the buyers when their lender stopped moving things forward. Through her diligence and persistence and will to keep going, we sold our home and she is now solely focused on getting us in our new construction. I cannot say enough nice things about her. She will work for you hands down. Your needs and wants are definitely her top priority!! Thank you for everything Rashida!!

We were so fortunate to have Rashida as our realtor to sell our old home and purchase our new home. I wanted to spend Christmas in a new home and Rashida was so committed to helping my family find a home and move in before Christmas. It took us about 4 months to find and close on the right house. Rashida help us find the right house for the right price.She cautioned us with unreasonable offers on our sell and purchase. She scheduled both closings the day after the other which was great. She was so responsive and answered every question, email, phone calls and texts. I appreciate her knowledge, honesty, professionalism and hard work ethic. She walked us through every process and handled every issue that arise. I will definitely use Rashida again and I recommend her. I am extremely satisfied.
