We were having a really tough time finding a new home because of certain circumstances. We say down with Richard and Justin at the home office in Atlanta. They were so nice and helpful and for the first time we felt hopeful. I met Olga Palmer, one of their realtors at one of their rentals. We had a lot stacked against us, but she pushed to get us into the home. She is absolutely amazing and was such a pleasure to work withl!!! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Renters Warehouse - Atlanta offers both Tenant Placement and Property Management Services. For Property Management, we offer a flat fee of $99.00 for full service Property Management. Tenant Placement fees are equal to one month's rent payment for a lease up to 17 months. All of our contracts can be cancelled at anytime for any reason.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Unlike real estate, we are experts in Rent Estate. The biggest difference is that it is typically a long term working relationship. We really want to know our clients and we really want our clients to know us before either of us commit to working with one another. The first step is simply a phone call to discuss the client's needs, expectations, situation, etc to whether or not we might be a good fit for one another.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am attorney that really understands the nuances of Georgia Landlord-Tenant law. While our firm does not practice law or provide legal counsel, we have a great knowledge base from which to assist our clients.
