- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes, all the time. Online and Classroom training. I am constantly reading articles and doing research on the rental housing industry. I will even take a class that is similar to a class that I have already taken about leasing, housing, property mgmt., etc.. from a different teacher. Just to see if that teacher will provide some new information that I missed or did not know.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Unlike other real estate related jobs, the fundamental rules don't change.
