- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a standard rate of 60.00 per hour for most projects. Some jobs require more development, involvement, or other people being involved, so please reach out to me with specifics on what you are needing and I will let you know the pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for working with a new customer begins with appointment setting for the initial information gathering meeting. From there we agree on a timeline for when the initial idea presentation will be. From the initial idea presentation we will decide what direction the client would like to move forward with. From there we decide on a date for the first design/concept to be complete. Once complete a final presentation is given. If there is still changes to be made we will repeat this step until we have an approved finished deliverable(s). If the product is good to go from the final presentation the client will be provided with the deliverable(s).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
* I am a self-taught marketing maven. I have 8 years experience in Marketing, Branding, & Advertising * I hold two property management business designations. 1.Accredited Residential Manager 2. Certified Apartment Manager * I am in the process of becoming Google AdWords and Google Analytics certified. * I have taken college courses in Marketing and Financing. * I have taken many online training courses in graphic design, marketing, branding and advertising.
