- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This is a nonprofit organization that provide reduce prices for our services. Tax preparation, Business consulting, Web development and Notary public. Prices vary on the taxpayer situations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are able to do zoom to help with filing tax returns. We have a link that you are able to start the filing process. You have tax agents that will be available to assist you through the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our tax agents have certified training with our software to be able to assist our clients. They have gone to school as well and we make sure they have to knowledge and skills. Giving them training each year to keep all updated on the tax laws.
