Jontelle was extremely helpful and nice! He tackled our small handyman jobs in less than an hour! He even was honest about one of our other projects with replacing our back door frame and recommended we use someone that specializes in door frames rather than doing it himself, as well as gave us a great recommendation for someone who could help! Will definitely be using him again!

He was more a plumber than a handyman

We had a glass bowl get into the garbage disposal. He came on time and fixed the garbage disposal in minutes for the quoted price. Some other plumbers offered to replace our disposal without even mentioning repair! Ransburg Plumbing is the real deal and we will call on him again for other handyman needs.

Jontell is the BEST. He came to replace a toilet for me. First thing he did was go through the four different options I had for how to fix it or replace a toilet and valve. Loved that he broke it down for us and show me all of the financial differences between each. We decided to go with full replacement for all new parts. Husband and I had bought the toilet last night. When we opened it, it was broken. Ugh. I didn’t have the SUV/truck and couldn’t take it back... But, Jontrell and I took his truck to exchange it at the Home Depot ~5miles away. We got a new toilet and drove back together. This guy is MAAADDDD trustworthy and helpful!!! When we got back he installed everything efficiently and professionally. Jontrell was SO GREAT that we booked him for more handywork tomorrow. Found a new handyman ya’ll. 😀

I am extremely grateful for Jontell being able to come out (on a Sunday). I have to order the part but he was extremely knowledgeable, punctual and super professional in looking at my leaky faucet issue. He told me exactly what I need (since my condo is on the older side). I highly recommend him. I will be using his service for all plumbing and electrical going forward!! 10 stars!
