- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard rates for non-certified translations start at $25 per page, depending on the word count. For certified translations, the rates start at $30 per page. The final quotes are provided after the potential project has been reviewed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask the client a few questions to determine the project requirements (such as number of pages and/or number of words, estimated deadline, etc..). Then, we receive the materials from the client and then we discuss about pricing, turnaround time, etc... We work on the project and then we deliver projects by the agreed deadline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have about 15 years of experience providing high quality translation, editing, transcription, and voice over services. We have certified translators, and all of our linguists have at least a Bachelor's degree. Many have Master's degrees and Doctor's degrees in the areas that they are working on.
