- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We install only prime products at a fair market price, backed by a lifetime guarantee on the product & install.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we do a phone consultation so that we can verbally assess needs & wants. Time is of the essence. We respect our customers time by analyzing, asking questions & listening. If our marketing dept. determines that your project is a REVAMP job, then we schedule a complimentary in home estimate w/ either our sales manager our one of our product specialists. They’ll fully assess your needs & like a doctor make a diagnosis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our ownership & management group has over 60 years experience in the home improvement industry. Our GM has extensive experience in marketing & sales w/ an emphasis on finance & customer service.
