- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm very flexible with our pricing - I offer discounts for larger projects and flat rates for smaller ones. We're always happy to work with our customers to find the best pricing solution for their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is very structured and focused on communication. I like to start by getting to know the customer and understanding their specific needs. From there, I develop a step-by-step plan that will address those needs. Throughout the process, I make sure to keep the customer updated on our progress and get their feedback to ensure they are happy with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of personal business experience, managing teams, and groups, and working in the "real world". In other words, I haven't just read about business or management in a book--I've actually done it. This gives me a unique perspective that most academic degrees can't offer. Additionally, I have taken numerous courses and workshops on various aspects of business and management. For example, I have taken courses on human resources, finance, marketing, project management, and operations management. This has given me a well-rounded education in the field of business.
