FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer convenient, all-inclusive flat rate estate planning packages designed to be affordable and understandable. I believe in education and discussion of your plans, goals, and future to ensure we craft the correct plan for your family's needs. I also offer discounts for first responders and local union members with current identification.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client reaches out, the first thing we will do is schedule our initial meeting. This will be for us to discuss your plans, goals, and needs, talk about roadblocks and concerns, and put together a roadmap for your planning. After this discussion, you will provide additional details to the attorney via planning questionnaires. After the initial discussion and questionnaires are complete, the attorney will review and draft your documents. Once drafted, we will have a second meeting to review the documents, ensure you are educated and satisfied on their contents, and make any changes or revisions as necessary. The final step after that will be scheduling a meeting to execute the documents.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as an estate planning paralegal for four years while pursuing my JD, and enjoyed the work so much I decided to stay in it once I began practicing on my own.
