Susan is an absolute delight to work with. I am a very creative artist and Susan was able to hear my thoughts and put them into words -without getting lost in my ramblings. the work was for a grant and she completed it in only 3 days time. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are retainer based at a minimum of $2,000 a month for limited access to services. My average retainer fee is $3,000 to $5,000 a month for 3 months to start. A project rate is available for one time openings, product launches and events. The rate is available as a paid in full fee to hire, at a minimum of 10 hours of work provided. Or for coaching $150 an hour at a minimum of 10-15 hours.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial meeting or phone call to determine needs and timelines. After that, a proposal and scope of work is created and agreed on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A bachelors degree in English and minor in Journalism, plus 30 years of PR and Marketing experience in a variety of specialty areas mainly healthcare, cuisine-retail, authors, executive & corporate B2B to B2C marketing, targeting
and non profit lead generation. I am adept at PR, Marketing, Branding, Business Development, and Coaching. I do not work in entertainment, booking or agent related professional services.
