- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If budget is an issue we have some flexibility. Below is our standard pricing: Wedding Package: $800 includes the ceremony and reception with dance effects lighting, wireless handheld and/or lapel microphones as well as instrument connections if needed. We jointly plan the event and select the right music for all parts of the day/night. Add $50 an hour for each hour over 6. Other Parties and Events: Most other parties and events do not require as much planning time so the rate is a bit lower at $500. Event Sound Services: We can provide sound support for just about any kind of event. (wedding ceremony) Includes PA system, wireless microphones and instrument connections. Most small to medium size events $350. Most larger events such as cheer competitions $500. A deposit of $100 is required to hold the date. The deposit is applied to the total due. No set up fees. Service to most of north Georgia and into the Carolinas along I-85 north without a travel charge.
