Ron was great and took the time to look over the home as it were his. He also offers a home warranty though his services. THANKS AGAIN!Aug 1, 2019VerifiedInspectRite Certified Home Inspections LLC's reply
Thanks Richard!! It was my pleasure to inspect the home for you, and very nice meeting you both! Don't hesitate to call should you have any more questions and thank you so much for the kind review!!! Ron
I am a real estate investor and own several properties and before buying or selling a property its always a good idea to use a person with extensive knowledge like Ron has or you could get burned by 10s of thousands of dollars. I also own a real estate company and selling agents can use a guy like Ron to be sure that the home they are buying or selling meets code requirements. No agent wants to lose a sale and its best to know these issues upfront!Jun 19, 2019InspectRite Certified Home Inspections LLC's reply
Thanks for the great review Britt!! But I must point out, I am not a code inspector. Codes often vary by county, but I can give you a good idea what is best practice! Thanks again!! Ron

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My prices start at 165.00 and are based on size and location.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My start in the real estate business was working for my ex father in law. He was a builder of homes and he also had rental homes. After a year of working with him I got divorced and got a job as a technician at an apartment community. I worked at that and eventually worked my way up to manage a small community in Gwinnett County. In total now I have been in this business for about 28 years and about 20 as a maintenance supervisor. During that time I flipped many houses too. I can repair anything to do with a home. I finally decided it was time for me to start inspecting only, instead of all the hard labor and 24-7 on call for emergencies I have been doing for so many years. Now I have earned 16 related certifications, listed below, and I am happy to help you evaluate your home! InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector EPA Certified HVAC Universal Technician NSPF Certified Pool/Spa Operator InterNACHI Certified Infrared Inspector InterNACHI Certified Roof Inspector InterNACHI Certified Mold Inspector InterNACHI Certified Radon Gas Tester InterNACHI Certified Electrical Inspector InterNACHI Certified HVAC Inspector InterNACHI Certified Moisture Intrusion Inspector InterNACHI Certified Exterior Inspector InterNACHI Certified Chimney Inspector InterNACHI Certified Plumbing Inspector InterNACHI Certified Deck Inspector InterNACHI Certified 11 Month Warranty Inspector InterNACHI Certified Safe Work Place Inspector
- How did you get started doing this type of work? After I left the US Navy as an 3rd class engineer I went to work for a General Contractor. I built houses for a year then got into property maintenance for the next 28 years earning many certifications along the way. My first certification was an Universal HVAC Technician and that one is probably my favorite type of system to work on. In addition, during these years I have also flipped many houses.
