I am a real estate investor and own several properties and before buying or selling a property its always a good idea to use a person with extensive knowledge like Ron has or you could get burned by 10s of thousands of dollars. I also own a real estate company and selling agents can use a guy like Ron to be sure that the home they are buying or selling meets code requirements. No agent wants to lose a sale and its best to know these issues upfront!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices start at 199.00 and are based on Size, Age and Location. Radon Testing is 185.00 with a home inspection. Mold Testing 185.00 with a home inspection. Please include Address so I can look up details and give you my best price! Same Day Report Emailed to you with photos and notations!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to learn exactly what the customer is considering so I can give them my best price right away, I prefer they send me the address of the property so I can look up details such as Size, Age, Location, Number of Floors, Number of HVAC Systems, Basement or Crawlspace etc.. That way I can give my best price within minutes!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My start in the real estate business was working for my ex father in law. He was a builder of homes and he also had rental homes. After a year of working with him I got divorced and got a job as a technician at an apartment community. I worked at that and eventually worked my way up to manage a small community in Gwinnett County. In total now I have been in this business for about 28 years and about 20 as a maintenance supervisor. During that time I flipped many houses too. I can repair anything to do with a home. I finally decided it was time for me to start inspecting only, instead of all the hard labor and 24-7 on call for emergencies I have been doing for so many years. Now I have earned 16 related certifications, listed below, and I am happy to help you evaluate your home!
