- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a Straight Forward Pricing guide to price our jobs, never by the hour. Upfront pricing before we do the work. We offer a 1 year guarantee on our service work. We charge a small diagnostic fee for what ever time it takes too diagnose the issue and provide you a clear solution to fixing it. We don't hide our charges!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have our CSR's ready to talk with our about your issues, and schedule an drug checked and back ground screened electrician to your home
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our electricians must complete extensive training with Mister Sparky Success Academy to provide expert customer experience. We also have weekly in house training to keep up with the latest code and products.
