- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each notarial act is $5. Each fingerprinting card done is $50. Providing cards is an additional $5/card. Basic apostilles are $175. Advanced apostilles are $250. . The mobile rate is $30 (up to 10 miles). $0.50 per additional mile and for miles outside of Augusta. Mileage is calculated on a "round-trip" basis. If wishing to meet at my designated location in Augusta, the mobile fee is reduced to $15. This must be agreed upon on the initial discussion. Anytime between 6PM-9AM, weekends, and holidays is an additional $15.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will gather information about types of documents/services, location to travel to, and verify that all parties have government-issued photo ID. Based on the information a final fee will be set and an appointment booked. I will send a confirmation text an hour before the set appointment time. Upon confirmation, I travel to the customer to complete the service. The customer can pay using any of the allowed methods upon completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am NNA certified. I have a complete background check and $1M E&O Insurance. I received my commission from the Richmond County superior court.
