Upstairs Master Bath toilet overflowed into the master bedroom and soaked through the ceiling into the kitchen below it downstairs. Total Services responded within an hour. They did an excellent job extracting the water of the floors, ceilings and walls. They removed the damaged floors, ceilings and walls. They treated the exposed areas and spent several days drying the area and scrubbing the air. A few days later the damaged area was restored, repainted, and new flooring was installed. The overall experience was handled professionally. I actually recommended their services to both a family member and a friend who both experienced a similar situation.

I had a water leak and had to get carpet replaced, hole in dry wall repaired and room re-painted and sealing of the shower. I was pleased with the service and they did a good job, quickly, and left me with good peace of mind since I was not present during the time the work was being performed. Chris was responsive and quickly gave me an estimate where as other companies were not as responsive to give me an estimate or were not confident in working on a high rise building. I would for sure use Total Services Restoration again in the future.

It looks like the company sub contracts the work out. The work was completed on time but the employee doing the sheetrock work was not not very carefully of the floors and upon my request had to re patch a few spots even after the initial coating. I do recommend them if your in a pinch of time but be careful and be prepared to look over their work and clean up.

We do not sub out work all our workers are employed. Sorry that you arent not please overly.. we did plastic floor book shelves yet dust will settle everywhere when sanding drywall... the before and after picture say that the job was a success
