- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
NO I TAKE EACH JOB FOR WHAT IT IS, TRY TO GIVE THE COUSTOMER WHAT THEY WANT. IT IS NOT JUST ABOUT THE MONEY WITH ME I GET MOORE ENJOYMENT OUT OF MAKING SOMEONE HAPPY THEN I DO MAKING A DOLLAR.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
listen to them and help them through there project and not to worry about the job we will take care of any unexpected changes and let them know it is ok to change things if they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
35 years on the job training. as a kid I worked with my dad and I did not like having to get up so early but I had to go and the things I learned over the years I use them everyday and I love what I do thanks DAD .
