I recently hired unique flooring to re-sand, stain and clear coat the hardwood floor in my home. They were courteous and well mannered professionals. The work turned out to be absolutely stunning. The stain color uniformity was consistent throughout the entire house. The clear coat turned out to be perfectly smooth and uniform without blemishes. Prices were fair based on the amount of work involved to transform an old stained and beaten up floor into a beautiful masterpiece. I would definitely use them for future projects.
