I am renting out a property that was recently renovated and needed one last plumbing job done in a hurry. Chris was available right away, was willing to come after normal hours, and his quote was surprisingly low! He wound up having to reschedule for one day later, the last day I had to get the job done and the house cleaned before showing it. But he gave me plenty of notice, and was okay with an even later start time.
However he then disappeared. No calls or texts or emails, and I was out of time. LUCKILY the cleaning service I had found on thumbtack came on time, and when I mentioned my predicament she referred me to a friend. He was able to come right away and do the job for just a bit more than Chris's quote. If he hadn't, I don't know who I could have found at 7pm on a Thursday that wouldn't have charged an arm and a leg. I am very disappointed, Chris had seemed professional and courteous, but he almost cost me a lot of time and money and possibly a month's rental.
